On November 22, 2022, 17-year-old Mohammad Hassan Kamandloo fell victim to the senseless violence inflicted upon innocent citizens by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) security forces. His life being cut tragically short, Kamandloo was shot and killed in the Moshiriyeh neighbourhood of Tehran. Despite the efforts of medical staff, he later died in hospital. IRGC security forces were present during his burial so as to disperse any large crowds from forming.
The Kamandloo family, like so many others, has been subjected to immense pressure to keep the tragic news of their loss private, highlighting the regime's flagrant disregard for human rights and the sanctity of life.
