Abolfazl Baoo was a 16-year-old who was shot in the heart by the Islamic Republic on September 20, 2022, in Qaem Shahr, Mazandaran. The Islamic Republic threatened his father to be quiet about his son’s death and only released his body to his family when they agreed to cooperate. Unfortunately, this type of behaviour is common practice for the Regime, with many families experiencing this level of dishonour.
There have been reports that Abolfazl’s father serves in the Police Force in Iran, however this could not be confirmed.
